While Neil & Joan were in Ontario, Mike married Elaine Johnston in April 1964 and they came back to Jasper Alberta where Mike had a job with the National Parks Warden service as trail hand. He became a warden in Jasper in 1965, and was in the Blue Creek district from 1966 to 1968 and Willow Creek from 1968 to 1969, when they returned to town. He left the warden service in the spring of 1970. They had two girls , Angela born in 1965 and Annette in 1966.
Mike currently lives in the NWT and Tom lives in Drayton Valley AB
