Thank you everyone for the wonderful tributes to Johnny which have been pouring in on Facebook, by e-mail and posted on the Snodgrass Funeral Home website.  He meant so much to so many and we are comforted by your kind words.  Marie, Leo, Nancy-Lee, Guy, and families.

 

It’s not the end of trail for me;

I’m just riding over a new pass, you see.

Ahead I see where greener pastures grow

Cool water creeks from mountains flow.

Wild flowers bloom of every sort and kind,

Colours more vivid than I’ve left behind,

I see my family, old friends, and horses so dear,

Hugs and handshakes, and not one tear.

They’ve all welcomed me home here today,

A place of peace for me to stay.

They say it’s my home for eternity;

No, it’s not the end of the trail for me.
